PAYMENT METHODS

All prices are shown in NZ dollars. And all orders are shipped from New Zealand.

International orders may be subject to local taxes or duties. Pinehaven Creations is not responsible for and has no control over these charges.

We accept Visa and MasterCard & Amex credit card payments, as well as Shopify Pay, Apple Pay & GooglePay

We can accept direct credit to our bank account in New Zealand only.
Our bank details are 12-3478-0067558-00. When your order has been placed you will receive an email confirmation with our order number. Please be sure to reference this number when you make payment.

SHIPPING COSTS

All items will be sent with tracking. We recommend the signature required option.

  • NZ Post with tracking (7 days approx.) - $5.50
  • Courier Post with tracking (3 days approx.) – $8.20
  • Courier Post with tracking & signature required (3 days approx.) - $9.50
  • Courier Post with Rural Delivery $10.20

SHIPPING TIMES

All items that are in stock will be dispatched within 3 days of receiving payment. You will receive an email once the goods have been shipped with tracking information.

If your item is not in stock it will be made to order and may take up to 3 weeks to finished and dispatched. In this case we will email you with an estimated delivery time frame.
