HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE
All items that are in stock will be dispatched within 3 days of receiving payment. You will receive an email once the goods have been shipped with tracking information.
If your item is not in stock it will be made to order and may take up to 3 weeks to be finished and dispatched. In this case I will email you with an estimated delivery timeframe.
WILL I GET THE EXACT ITEM PICTURED
No, it is unlikely you will get the exact item in the photograph. Designs may vary slightly due to the handmade nature of my jewellery and availability of stones. If you have any concerns, or are looking for a particular stone/item please contact me to discuss.
HOW DO I FIND MY RING SIZE
The internet has a wealth of information on how to find your ring size with string, paper and even dental floss. It’s important to note that none of these are very accurate. I recommend you get your finger sized by a professional jeweller. It is important to let them know the width of the ring you wish to purchase, as wider rings will feel tighter.

WHAT IF IT DOESN’T FIT
If you have ordered the incorrect ring size then it may be exchanged (subject to availability), or it can be resized at your cost. Courier charges will apply. Note, if the item was custom made to your specifications then we may not be able to exchange. Please contact me to discuss any concerns you have. Please see returns policy for further info on this.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER
Yes, if you email me within 24 hours of placing your order then your order may be amended or cancelled.
